Davis Elementary School Reviews

This is my second year at davis. As far as the teachers go, I only have a few problems with the ones that need to retire, they're no fun anymore. And when people sign up for PTA events and to be room mom. Don't sign up for those just so you can say 'yea I'm PTA' if you sign up for this stuff please stick with it and do the job you need to do. If your head room parent, get together with the others and figure out who can work when. Just please quit signing up to help do stuff and change your mind later or never having the intentions at all. It makes it tougher on the rest of us.

The entire staff, from administration to teachers, to aides are excellent. With limited budget, they administer as many academic and enrichment programs as possible. Unfortunately, the level of parental involvement in the PTA has been only a few handfuls.

I applaud the Davis staff for their enthusiasm to instruct and guide our children. There truly is a high level of concern to make sure our children are learning.

We transferred to this school and I had two children attend, one with special needs and the entire staff was spectacular! I also would like to say that the educational program is excellent in comparison to the school we came from! We have since moved to Lloyd district and are just as happy about their staff and educational teachings!

Poor leadership by Principal. We transfered our child. The teacher was unresponsive to the special needs addressed. It was a unprofesstional enviroment. They have no understanding of special education laws. The classroom last year was 25 chilren to one teacher.
